Albert handles the behind the scenes work at XioPrints LLC, and more importantly, putting out the fires that Melon starts. He desperately needs a vacation.

(The Real) CEO of XioPrints LLC
Hey-o! My name is Mel and I am the founder of XioPrints LLC (pronounced show-prints). I started my business journey as a small-time artist and eventually pivoted to becoming the manufacturer you see today.
The idea for XioPrints began when I came across some problems in the Artist Alley world that were not being addressed, especially when things worsened with the Pandemic. Spikes in shipping fees and delays made ordering difficult; quality control for products and customer service were poor or nonexistent; companies large and small were taking customers' money and running off with it; and I KNEW that something had to change. Someone had to step up and provide the level of quality and service that was not being provided...and that's how XioPrints came to be. While my intended audience is to serve other artists like me, I do my best to serve everyone's needs from custom keychains to printing on canvas and even unconventional projects like buttons and jewelry.
