Hey-o! My name is Mel, and I am the founder of XioPrints LLC (pronounced show-prints). I started my business journey as a part-time traveling artist and eventually pivoted to becoming the manufacturer you see today. The idea for XioPrints began when I came across recurring issues in the Artist Alley world that were not being addressed; businesses saw spikes in shipping fees, shipping delays, quality control dropped, there was little to no communication, businesses big and small weren't fulfilling their promises and stealing money from their customers. It was then, that I KNEW something had to change. Someone had to step up and provide the level of quality and service that was not being provided...and that's how XioPrints came to be. While my intended audience is to serve other artists like me, I do my best to serve everyone's needs from custom keychains to printing on canvas and even unconventional projects like buttons and jewelry. If you're looking for more personal information about me, I am an avid video gamer and webcomic reader. I have an 8-year-old, 120 lb. Great Pyrenees named Bear, and I foster dogs in my free time. In my two years of fostering and volunteering, I have helped 10 dogs find their furever home. My dream is to scale XioPrints up to the point where I can afford to give Bear and my fosters a luxurious life while they are with me and to raise funds for rescues and shelters around the world!
